a) For the fulfilment of legal obligations to which A GLENGE - HOLIDAY RENTALS,is subject, namely communication to the foreigners and borders service and invoicing.
b) For the purposes of executing the Temporary Accommodation Contract for Tourists or the Local Accommodation Management Contract signed with A GLENGE - HOLIDAY RENTALS, namely transactions and payments, management of entries and exits, guest management, security deposit blocks, provision of services complementary to the stay such as cleaning, transfers and grocery service, management of contractual obligations or for the purposes of pre-contractual due diligence purposes.
c) For the purpose of mobiles and emails communications, whith information and commercial communications, digital plataforms, within the scope of A GLENGE - HOLIDAY RENTALS marketing strategies,commercial and contractual information and communications, as well as for requests for information.
d) For the purpose of protecting property or held assets by A GLENGE - HOLIDAY RENTALS, as well as for statistical analyses purposes.
The non -supply of personal data for the purposes provided for in points (a) and (b) leads A GLENGE - HOLIDAY RENTALS, in non -compliance with statutory obligations and consequently the possibility of resolution of the Temporary Accommodation Contact for Tourists or the Local Accommodation Management Contract celebrated, whithout the right to any compensation, as well as deficit services provided by A GLENGE - HOLIDAY RENTALS , that cannot be attributable to it.
How long do we keep your information?
Without prejudice to legal or regulatory provisions or court orders to the contrary, the personal data collected will only be kept for the minimum period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed.
